Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced House Cleaner / Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience and must carry a valid insurance policy to ensure a high level of professionalism and safety. This is a 1099 position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes and/or commercial spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to reduce the spread of germs and bacteria.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Organize and maintain cleaning tools and supplies for efficient operations.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor or client.
• Ensure all work meets the company’s standards and client expectations for quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Must have valid insurance coverage (liability or bonding).
• Must be willing to add Gen360 Cleaning to their policy
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
• Flexibility to work around varying schedules, including weekends or evenings if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or specialized cleaning services (e.g., post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning).
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
