General Purpose
Satisfy customer requirements, order fulfillment, arrange outbound customer shipments. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, taking orders, concerns and requests about products
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers for order intake, processing and fulfillment
- Develop and maintain resources for international, domestic, and local shipping companies
- Coordinate client shipping requests
- Negotiate shipping rates and various options
- Some packing of materials may be required
- Data entry of all aspects of order process
- Carefully maintain customer and order information
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer service requests for order changes and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in managing current customer accounts
- Attend to inbound and outbound phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
- Resolve customer and carrier issues in a timely manner
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
- Accurately create proper shipping paperwork as required
- Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
- respond promptly to customer inquiries

EDUCATION
