GenCare Lifestyle at Point Ruston, a Premier AL/Memory Care Senior Living Community in Tacoma, is seeking to add amazing, caring and compassionate quality licensed caregivers to our team. We currently have full time and part time , day and evening shifts available. CNA or HCA license required.

Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours), if working over 19 hours per week 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, quarterly raises for hourly employees, free CEU’s, CNA annual license reimbursement, Free meal at work.

Current and unencumbered CNA or HCA
CPR
Foodhandler
First Aid Certification
Blood Borne Pathogens Training
HIV/Aids Training
Basic/ modified care-giving Training
Dementia Training
Mental Health training
