CAREGIVERS

GenCare Lifestyle in Federal Way is a Premier AL/IL and Memory Care Senior Living Community. We are seeking to add amazing, caring and compassionate quality licensed caregivers to our team. CNA or HCA license required. We have Full and Part Time Positions available for the following shifts (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

ASSISTED LIVING:

PT AM shift (6AM-2PM)

Saturday, Sunday, Monday

PT PM shift (2PM-10PM)

Wednesday, Friday

MEMORY CARE:

FT AM shift (6AM-2PM)

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

PT AM SHIFT (6AM-2PM)

Sunday, Thursday

PT PM shift (2PM-10PM)

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Full time benefits include base medical plan which is 99% employer paid, dental, vision and life at the employees expense, paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours) and 6 paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday, one week vacation after one year employment, with an additional week beginning in year 2 finally with an additional week starting in the 47th month for a total of 3 weeks, quarterly raises for hourly employees, 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, up to 3 days of bereavement and up to 5 days jury leave, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, free CEU’s, LPN and CNA annual license reimbursement, free meal at work.

Part time Benefits

Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours), if working over 19 hours per week 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, quarterly raises for hourly employees, free CEU’s, LPN and CNA annual license reimbursement, Free meal at work.
