We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in providing exceptional homecare services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities to patients in their homes, based on the care plan.
- Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, and basic medical assistance as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Offer companionship and engage clients with stimulating activities.
- Be part of a supportive, caring team.

- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Ability to pass a Level II background check.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Previous experience in home care or working with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely.
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Compassionate and dependable personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
