The YouTube Lead is responsible for managing the organization's presence on YouTube, with a focus on creating and executing strategies to increase engagement and reach. The YouTube Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement content and advertising campaigns, and will be responsible for creating and uploading videos, moderating comments, and analyzing performance metrics. The successful candidate will have experience managing YouTube channels and a strong understanding of social media best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach on the organization's YouTube channel
- Create and upload videos, including planning, filming, and editing
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement content and advertising campaigns
- Moderating comments and responding to inquiries
- Analyze performance metrics, such as views, likes, and subscriptions, and use them to inform and optimize future strategies
- Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance YouTube goals
- 2 years of experience managing YouTube channels
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and metrics
- Experience with YouTube's advertising platform and analytics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
