What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Clerk position at Gene Langley Ford, Inc?
As a warranty clerk, you will be responsible for handling warranty documentation, processing claims in a timely manner and maintaining accurate payment for each claim submitted. You will also make service and recall appointments.
You will work closely with the parts and service departments to verify that parts and labor are covered under warranty.
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warranty is a plus

Ability to identify the problem quickly
