What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Receptionist position at Gene's Chrysler Center AK?
Gene's is looking for a person who possesses a cheery disposition, excellent customer service skills and is detail oriented.
This person will perform cashier duties including – accept cash/credit card/check payments, issue receipts, close invoices, scan previous day's documents and close the cash register correctly. This person is first on customers and phones while completing daily duties.
This person will also provide helpful information to customers and co-workers and help maintain a clean office work space. They must also be willing to handle the responsibilities listed and other duties as needed, in an occasionally quick moving environment. It is helpful to have basic accounting knowledge, it is not required, we will train the right person.
This position is Tuesday through Saturday position with the following hours - Tuesday to Friday from 10AM - 7PM and Saturdays from 10AM - 6PM. Occasional covering Monday schedules when needed.
