Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Handle outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional purposes while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and manage workflow efficiently.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or office environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to engage customers effectively is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
