As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless distribution operations within our facilities. This includes overseeing pick, pack, and ship processes, managing financial and operational performances, and collaborating with the HR team to onboard new teammates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise distribution operations to ensure compliance with Generac Sales Offices' goals and requirements.
- Monitor and manage DC operations financial and operational performances using relevant KPIs and reports.
- Design and direct the work of the team, selecting, coaching, and developing staff to achieve excellence.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to DC operations, updating CI program lists and reporting progress.
