Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineered solutions to solve complex process issues and document standard work to ensure high-quality product production.
- Support line operations, area layouts, process definition, equipment justification, selection, and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth product flow.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Completion of at least one internship or co-op program in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain management, or related business experience
Preferred Requirements:
- PREFERRED MAJORS: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting deadlines and priorities
