Constructiv, a Generac Company, empowers technology through mission-critical infrastructure delivery. With over 20 years of technical project delivery experience, our team has established a standard for building critical power and cooling infrastructure that supports data centers.
We are expanding our pipeline of skilled construction professionals for future opportunities in the United States. While we currently do not have immediate openings, we want to connect with talented individuals in the data center construction industry who are open to exploring roles with us when the time is right.
This role requires up to 90% travel, which may involve living in temporary housing. On-site work takes place Monday through Friday, with occasional off-hours work, nights, and weekends as needed.
The Controlling Energy Marshal is an assurance role ensuring vendors' and contractors' Energy Isolation Programs meet or exceed client safety policy requirements. This involves implementing the SPS-101 Energy Isolation Program throughout the campus and project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishes and manages an Energy Isolation assurance process
• Works with site teams to close gaps identified in assurance audits
• Participates in High Risk Activity planning meetings associated with Energy Isolation
• Ensures approval processes for proposed Energy Isolation procedures are in place
A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in DC construction and commissioning standards are required. Familiarity with multiple energy sources in data centers, particularly electrical, is also necessary. Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
