Come join our team at Electric Doctor as a Sales Associate! This opportunity is in Bettendorf, IA and involves building strong client relationships, driving sales, and achieving project-based targets. Success in this position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to qualified leads, schedule appointments, and meet with clients in their homes to propose tailored solutions.
- Makes sales calls targeting industry-related prospects and identified opportunities, while actively working to open new sales channels.
- Work with team members to coordinate installations for client satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor invoiced projects to calculate commission-based earnings.
- Transportation - Reliable transportation is required for this role.
- Sales Associates must be able to travel to client sites, meetings, and trade shows as needed.
- Mileage will be reimbursed at mutually agreed-upon rates per mile.
What you’ll bring:
- 3 years of proven experience in commission-based sales and customer-facing roles.
- Experience with home automation, home restoration, standby power, HVAC, construction, or electrical trade work.
- Ability to analyze invoiced project data and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
- An independent self-reliant person with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
