Come join the team at Elan Electric in Chino Valley, Arizona! We are looking for a Salesperson to make an impact in the surrounding area on our battery, generator, and solar space.

What you’ll do:
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with leads mostly generated from a home office and maintain a lead pipeline
- Build and maintain positive business relationships including with builders and real estate agents for future customers
- Follow up after completed jobs to provide ongoing support
- Achieve monthly sales goals that include generators, batteries, and solar equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Base hourly rate commission
What you will bring:
- Sales experience within the building, construction, or solar industry
- Proven familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Relationship management
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to close sales deals
