- Develop and lead an aggressive and comprehensive sales strategy to support the company's objectives and business plans, including consistent growth and profitability through new product introduction and brand recognition.
- Develops sales plans with short- and long-range objectives for Lowes.com.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, plan campaigns, and coordinate marketing efforts that target Lowes.com customers.
- Works with Product Management and Marketing to introduce new products and programs to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant industry developments to identify new growth opportunities. You will utilize data analytics to track and evaluate sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years account experience in an assigned sales or marketing channel
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Experience working directly with Lowes.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences including top management
- Effective presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to develop and foster business relationships
- Detailed, focused, and excellent organization skills
- Ability to convert metrics into meaningful information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office with strong skills in Excel
