Responsibilities:
- Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc.
- Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators (including DC & AC voltage equipment)
- Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby generators.
Requirements:
- Maintenance & repair, troubleshooting and field service skills, specifically with generators
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience in generator maintenance and servicing
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently
- Valid driver’s license
