As a Generator Sales Advisor you will be primarily responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, which includes:
- Contacting and following up with company generated leads and additional leads you originate.
- Conducting on-site consultations with homeowners and businesses to understand their power requirements, backup needs, and budget constraints.
- Providing back-up power solution options to meet each customers’ unique needs.
- Complete estimates and financing options using Service Titan software templates and present to potential customers while on-site.
- Following up with potential customers to build relationships, advance the sales process, and address customer questions and concerns.
- Tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM.
- Collaborating with the inside sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Business development and strategic partnership development activities may be required periodically.
- Participating in weekly sales team meetings and ongoing personal development, including Generac sponsored programs.
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- High School Diploma required, additional education is a plus
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within home services or the power equipment industry (e.g., Generators, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
- Proficiency using various technology platforms: CRM systems, Microsoft 365 products, Google Workspace, and other software, such as ServiceTitan
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites, as required
Target Compensation Range: We are open to providing a guaranteed draw to select candidates for the first 3 months.
