The Salesforce Administrator 2 is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's Salesforce platform to meet business needs and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for system upgrades.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
