The Production Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Operations team by collaborating with employees and management on various tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include ordering department supplies, preparing reports, maintaining personnel records, payroll information, and training others in these areas.
General receptionist duties also fall under this position, including directing calls and greeting visitors/guests to the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to increasing team efficiency through operational and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records of company policies and procedures; create spreadsheets and databases to meet business needs.
- Provide timely reporting as requested to management.
- Coordinate facility meetings and events by accommodating multiple schedules.
- Process internal and external mail; manage and order office supplies.
- Offer general receptionist services for the company, including call direction, message taking, and guest greeting.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
