Requirements:- Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required.
- Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and achieve the Six Standards of Performance.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record and working vehicle.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish enduring customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- A drive to negotiate and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and understanding of market trends and customer motivations is a plus.
