Schedule: Mon-Friday

Henry Co, Mo (3 janitorial positions)

1st Shift: 6:30am-11:30am (flexible schedule)

1st Shift: 8am-12pm

2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 9:30pm (flexible schedule)

Camden Co, Mo (2 janitorial positions)

1st Shift: 8am-4pm

1st Shift: 6am-11am (flexible schedule)

Johnson Co, Ks (3 janitorial positions)

1st Shift: 5am-1pm

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

2nd Shift: 5pm-10pm (flexible schedule)

The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to janitorial duties, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in designated areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning of facilities to uphold sanitation standards.
• Maintain and care for floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing as required.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas by implementing company policy and processes.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain supplies inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing and waxing is beneficial.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
