Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support our project management and bidding process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and coordinating construction bid proposals.
- Maintain and update bid documents, project schedules, and subcontractor databases.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team.
- Organize and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to gather necessary information for bids.
