Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee Aviation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the established timelines and budgets. This role requires candidates to be open to travel, strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Review blueprints and project plans to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize construction software such as ProCore
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports using Prolog.
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment, including the Ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all team members.
Experience
- 5 years of proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Aviation experience is required.
- Open to travel U.S.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Experience in pipeline construction is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
