Security Escort

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Escort to join our team for a one month project.

Duties

• Ensure the persons with a valid need to enter secure areas are appropriately registered and have been provided the necessary documents and are badged before entering the area
• Maintain line of sight of escorted persons, equipment, and vehicles at all times.
• Instruct escorted persons on any and all requirements for movements and activities while being escorted
• Stop an unsafe work action immediately and report it to the Project Superintendent for resolution
• Be aware of and adhere to Installation Security Policies and Procedures
• Follow the Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a have an active TS-SCI/CI Clearance, as required for assigned work location.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, understand and comply with policies and procedures
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Maintain situational awareness and provide instructions escorted persons
• Knowledge of Emergency Response plans and Safety plans E. Possess professional customer service skills, interpersonal and organizational skills. F.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and vendor personnel.
• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
