We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part time Associate Endodontist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality dental care and will be committed to building a strong relationship with our patients. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in our practice and will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

*Must be fast and thorough with molar endo*
Duties include:
- Preform excellent endo care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Dentrix Ascend software.
- Work closely with other dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Implement effective infection control measures in the dental office.
- Participate in four-handed dentistry to improve patient comfort and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and provide education on oral health and hygiene.
- Develop a strong understanding of medical terminology to better serve patients.
Requirements
- Current dental license to practice in Florida.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix software and other dental practice management systems.
- Strong knowledge of medical records and infection control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
You are responsible for getting malpractice insurance with our provider.
Compensation:
-27-35% of collections (paid when we collect from patient or insurance)
