Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical or business field, or 6 years of job-related experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of design principles, practices, and tools, including AutoCAD and LEAN SIX Sigma.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
