Overview
Seeking a results-oriented employee with positive enthusiasm for a position supporting the Electric Boat Travel Program involving accounting and expense reporting. In addition, this role is responsible for business analysis related to Electric Boat Accounts Payable. Responsibilities:
- Support expense report processing using Concur Travel and Management tool including employee questions, resolution of travel violations, etc.
- Support audit requirements relative to expense reporting
- Administer American Express associated travel services
- Support accounting and reporting of extended work assignments (EWA) and relocation expenses
- Analyze and resolve various accounts payable invoice related matters
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
- Experience reporting financial data
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Oracle based financial applications
- Prior experience working with Concur Software
- Prior experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliations

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management as well as external agencies
- Strong analytical skills to effectively formulate queries, create reports, and analyze data
