Overview:
COLUMBIA Construction Program Finance Manager
Job Description
This position will report to the COLUMBIA Senior Manager of Program Finance.
Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of Program Finance chief and analysts
- Working closely with COLUMBIA Program Office and interfacing with all levels of EB management
- Internal and external cost performance reporting
- Maintenance of the Earned Value Management System and demonstrating compliance during DCMA, DCAA and other government agency audits
- Participation in proposal preparation for construction contracts
- Quarterly update to EB’s manpower and financial plans including forecasting of EACs, calculation of Indicated Rates, and time phasing of resource requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Contracts, Cost Engineering, Program Office or related field
- Supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or associated field
- Knowledge of EIA-748 standard for Earned Value Management Systems, EIA-748 Intent Guide and EB’s Earned Value Management Systems
- Knowledge of government contracting and labor/material estimating
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Broad knowledge of company financial systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
