Qual Control Analyst I/II

This position will support various projects as a Supplier Quality Analyst. The Supplier Quality (SQ) Analyst is responsible for assuring contracted material and accompanying documentation conforms to Purchase Order (PO) requirements.

The SQ Analyst interprets part description and Purchase Order data to determine requirements, selects the appropriate inspection plan, and performs and defines hardware inspection.

SQ Analyst duties include

• Analyzing certifications for conformity to specifications
• Developing and executing inspection plans
• Devising and implementing quality procedures
• Communicating technical details, both verbally and in writing, with EB engineering and inspection, and with external suppliers
• Recognizing and resolving emergent quality issues
• Other Duties as assigned
• Travel required - up to 50%
  
  
  

Required

• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, quality analysis, material inspection or operations
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interpreting contractual requirements, manufacturing drawings, and military or commercial specifications
• Proficient in MS-Office and related software
  
  
  

Preferred

• Previous experience with Manufacturing Resources and Planning databases such as Microsoft Projects or Oracle
• Previous experience with precision measuring tools
• Previous experience in Data Analytics
