Join GDIT and be a part of the men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The DTRA I3TS team is seeking a Customer Relationship Management / OCM Lead to join their program in Ft Belvoir, VA.
This program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the customer to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities. These services will deliver exceptional execution value to internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Duties include :
- Creates and executes customer relationship management strategies to ensure IT services align with customer requirements and expected outcomes.
- Manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) staff and activities for an organization, ensuring the organizations' success in customer satisfaction, profitability, and reputation.
- Oversees direct communications with customers through the CRM and communicates with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.
- Monitors and maximizes customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Tracks competitive programs and marketplace trends and keeps abreast of CRM best practices.
