HOW AN IT SYSTEMS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
- Manages systems professionals directly or through subordinates by providing leadership, coaching, and training
- Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and / or resolve technical problem
- Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements
- Has budget responsibilities
- Enhances information systems by identifying information systems technology opportunities and developing application strategies
- Oversees the maintenance of accounts, security, workflows, and secure systems connectivity
- Manages all information systems policies and procedures

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
