At GDIT, people are our differentiator. Our work depends on Program Manager joining our team to manage a large Special Security support contract based at Los Angeles AFB. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, staffing, and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to the government.
PERFORMANCE SHALL INCLUDE :
- Responsibility for management of all aspects of a major Space Force Special Security Support contract to include leadership, technical performance, personnel and financial performance
- Direct and supervise all personnel issues to include interviewing, hiring, evaluating performance and determining proper compensation
- Organize and oversee technical performance on the contract and ensure delivery of all required deliverables
- Communicate daily with peers within the business unit as well as customers, Site Leads and Senior Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to identify and resolve problems and challenges to ensure sound execution of contracted effort to include successfully resolving issues requiring senior level (government and corporate) attention
- Travel (sometimes frequent) to various program sites as necessary to ensure sound program execution
- Identify, develop, and implement efficiencies that enhance productivity and / or reduce overall contract costs to the government

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $210,569 - $284,887. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
