Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
- Design, code, test, debug, deploy and document automation workflows using Automation Anywhere or equivalent tool integrating with existing applications for example Oracle and Teamcenter.
- Develop BOTs that can work together with existing systems to automate manual, repetitive processes.
- Develop or modify custom programs for existing applications such as reports, interfaces, conversions or extensions to be BOT compatible.
- Utilize scripts & macros to provide automation solutions.
- Write Structured Query Language (SQL), stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support and troubleshooting for daily operations.
- Develop and provide related training to end users.
- Follow internal design standards and development methodology
Qualifications Sought
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Certified Advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Professional preferred.
- Advanced Automation Developer Certification preferred.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), HTML, Javascript, Access, database connections, Python, .NET, Java, etc.
- Working knowledge of ERP functionality such as Oracle preferred.
- Experience migrating home-grown solutions to new Enterprise ready environments.
- Experience with using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) to push and pull data from external systems.
- Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to present to all levels of management.
- Self-starter with strong organizational, time management, planning and follow-through capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to travel as required. (Minimal travel)
- Prospective employees must be able to certify U.S. Person status.
