Role Overview:
This Senior Systems Administrator position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide technical support for a range of IT systems, as well as perform account management tasks and implement security patches. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT system administration, cybersecurity, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for IT systems
* Perform account management tasks, including establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts
* Implement IAVA security patches and ensure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record
* Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
* Fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
* DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification
* Computing Environment (CE) Certification
* Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
* ITIL 4 platform certification
