The Senior Systems Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust cybersecurity framework, conducting regular vulnerability scans, and providing expert-level technical support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement IAVA security patches and ensure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
What You'll Need
- Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Four (4) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
