Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Executive Director of the Joint Regional Intelligence Center (JRIC) in a leadership capacity.
The selected individual will oversee and evaluate all aspects of JRIC operations, including resource allocation, organizational structure, product quality, and the collection and use of threat information.
- Implement Baseline Capabilities for State and Major Urban Area Fusion Centers;
- Coordinate long- and short-term strategies for threat liaison officer training, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence and analysis, and private sector goals;
- Manage contractors and employees of public safety agencies who have been assigned to the JRIC;
- Develop and maintain extensive federal, tribal, state, and local contacts to determine needs of client agencies;
Experience in law enforcement/intelligence community with at least 15 years, including 10 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
