System Administrator Senior

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator Senior to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 and 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Perform account management, including establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
- Implement IAVA security patches and ensure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record
- Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process
- Communicate and coordinate with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Owner (ISO) regarding system changes as part of the Change and Configuration Management Process
- Ensure IT Assets remain compliant with Identity & Access Control Management (ICAM) policy
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification
- Computing Environment (CE) Certification
- Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
- ITIL 4 platform certification
- Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, Privileged Account Management (PAM) Services, and MS Exchange
- OR Trusted Thin Client, and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling)
