In addition to internal engine repair/overhaul, we operate a world-class evaluation and testing facility capable of FEDEC testing.
Role Overview: As a Production Planner / Scheduler Associate, you will work on-site in Arkansas coordinating and monitoring product flow through the complete production cycle. You will provide timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to achieve both financial goals and customer delivery dates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate part delivery to expedite material flow and meet production schedules.
- Communicate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding material shortages.
- Notify Sales of any schedule impacts affecting customers.
- Expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
- Monitor production performance against master production schedules.
- Complete status reports including production progress, customer information, and materials inventory.
- Update production status boards daily with production status and percent complete.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education/work experience.
- Experience in scheduling or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
