Overview :
The Loan Payment Representative ensures members' loan payment needs are addressed timely and accurately including ensuring additional or complex needs are routed to the proper team member or department following all GECU procedures. As a support function for the Consumer Lending team, this role ensures our system records including incoming mail are maintained, updated and accurate for all member loans and processes all applicable payment transactions, while building a working knowledge of all types of Credit Union loans including but not limited to Consumer, Indirect, Mortgage and Commercial Lending.
