Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the operations of the Branch Managers
- Conduct a minimum of two onsite branch visits each month
- Coach branch staff and reinforce consistent behaviors in multiple facets of the business including but not limited to the Consultative Conversation Process, operational excellence, and member experience
- Communicate sales objectives and branch goals to increase member growth and retention
- Works with each branch to set and track performance against objectives for areas such as deposits, loans, member retention, and acquiring new members
- Manages the operations and profitability of the branch offices facilitate monthly Branch Manager meetings with the Sales and Service Manager
- Conducts routine professional development discussions with an emphasis on succession management and leadership development
- Champions the standards of exceptional member experience
- Help resolve complex or problematic member questions or problems as appropriate and ensure the highest quality of member service and satisfaction
- Support human resource functions and make strategic decisions in the branch including but not limited to staffing, recruiting, conducting regular performance appraisals, training and developing employees at all levels, managing a diverse workforce, and developing personnel policies and procedures
- Ensure all branches are compliant with current risk management and audit standards and that they meet operational performance targets
- Demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for all team members
- Participate in community organizations/activities/events
- BA or BS degree in business or finance preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, with a minimum of 5 specific to a Retail Banking environment
