About the Role :
As the Controller , you will be responsible for driving financial accuracy, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and provide valuable insights to guide business decisions. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis , working closely with leadership to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Additionally, this position involves mentoring a small accounting team , ensuring best practices are upheld, and managing external audits and tax planning.
What We’re Looking For :
- Extensive experience in manufacturing finance , including cost accounting and process improvement.
- A proven leader who can manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- A background in ERP systems, financial forecasting, and variance analysis .
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements .
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ( CPA or CMA preferred ).
- A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills .
