Key Responsibilities:
· Lead capital projects, including lab construction and equipment installations.
· Design, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems for optimal performance.
· Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance strategies.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with teams to meet project goals, budgets, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (REQUIRED). PE or FE certification is a plus.
· 5–10 years of experience in facility engineering and capital project management.
· Industrial manufacturing experience required (NO plastics or automotive assembly).
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in CAD software, blueprint reading, and Microsoft Office tools.
· Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations is a plus.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties and occasional travel.
