This role is pivotal in fostering a zero-defect culture, ensuring product excellence, and driving collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do :
- Champion quality initiatives and lead a team of engineers, coordinators, and technicians to uphold the highest standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality discussions, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.
- Oversee new model launches, ensuring seamless integration of quality processes from suppliers to mass production.
- Implement and enhance quality control methods, including TS / ISO standards and SPC tools.
- Get hands-on—roll up your sleeves and lead problem-solving efforts directly on the plant floor.
- Manage departmental planning to align short- and long-term quality objectives with business goals.
- Travel domestically and internationally (~15%) to support quality operations.
