Equipment Processing Technician (Entry Level)

Job Summary
The Equipment Processing Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of rental equipment. This position is responsible for inspecting all outgoing and incoming rental equipment for preexisting and/or new damage, and documenting all findings to minimize losses due to damaged equipment. He or she must be able to communicate clearly with customers. The Equipment Processing Technician is also responsible for washing, oiling, and performing minor, as-needed maintenance on rental equipment. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical aptitude and be eager to increase his or her personal skillset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and/or as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
