Essential Duties:
- Talks with customers by phone, email or in person and receives orders for product.
- Enters and files orders
- Expedites orders
- Process returns for customers
- Follows up on back orders and late orders
- Solicits sale of new or additional products
- Handles customer complaints for justification on pricing, freight and miscellaneous quality issues
- Distributes literature and information as needed
- Maintains and updates quote files
- Helps with projects
Requirements:
