We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Space Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of public areas, all while responding to guest request in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas to company standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
- Dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
