This individual is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operations, and initiatives of our Information Technology department. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will ensure the alignment of IT strategies with business goals, drive innovation, and oversee the seamless integration of technology to support organizational growth.Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy to support the company’s objectives and ensure scalability for future growth.Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging technology to achieve business goals.Lead the development of IT governance and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies, risk management practices, and regulatory standards, minimizing operational risks and vulnerabilities.Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, third-party vendors, and telecommunications, ensuring reliability and efficiency.Direct resource planning, annual budget management, and performance evaluation to meet current and future technology needs.Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor IT effectiveness and report regularly to the CFO and executive leadership.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while overseeing hiring, training, and professional development to ensure alignment with emerging technologies.Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and customer experience.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity and data protection strategies to safeguard company assets and customer information.Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure organizational resilience.Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, collaborating with department heads to identify technology needs, align priorities, and drive the adoption of tools that enhance productivity and efficiency.Fully support the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and the GK Way Program.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including 5 years in strategic roles.Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of IT governance, infrastructure, and emerging technology trends.Prior experience working with various types of systems and platforms (i.e., Syteline, Power BI, SalesForce, SQL, etc.).Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.Employment includes : Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(K), on-the-job training, development, and much more.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.EOE M / F / D / V#J-18808-Ljbffr
