This role is categorized as HYBRID . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Global Marketing PMO Lead will serve as a key member of the Global Marketing Enablement team, responsible for coordinating and driving critical global marketing initiatives which accelerate marketing goals. This role acts as a strategic partner to Global leaders and other key stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of projects, focusing on achieving goals and timelines through an ongoing assessment of needed resources and capabilities across projects that shape the future of the Global Marketing Organization. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes that advance marketing excellence worldwide.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance to accelerate global marketing initiatives in alignment with the GM Marketing Way.
- Ensure alignment across all workstreams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and communication among stakeholders.
- Proactively identify interdependencies and potential challenges, driving solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
