Description
Aviation company in Miami is looking for a full time, hardworking and motivated individual to join our Customer Service department and Sales team.
Aviation experience is a plus however, we are willing to train.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contact customer via phone, email or site visits
- Research and Develop customer expansion
- Provide Customer Service as needed
- Create and present reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Professional phone etiquette and language skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
- Must be computer and internet proficient
- Must be able to convey accurate notes and messages
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Must be able to travel
