We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager of Shared Services to join our Women's Health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing patient experience while driving efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and maintain positive patient experience through feedback, training, and communication.
- Enhance operational effectiveness by emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
- Provide oversight and maintenance of corporate goals, operational, and quality standards.
- Partner with the director on the strategic planning and implementation of service line initiatives.
- Monitor staff performance and provide education, training, tools, and support necessary to perform duties.
- Focus on physician and staff engagement to ensure a positive culture to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
- Continually monitor operations, programs, physical properties, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure the adequate execution of, and compliance with, established policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Review and analyze productivity using information extracted from the EMR system to evaluate efficient management of scheduling, access, and patient flow.
- Identify and execute the management of best practices for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Department as it relates to the billing and collection process.
- Collaborate with Human Resources as it relates to recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee relations.
- Deliver exemplary customer service in order to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.
- Facilitate monthly staff meetings for GPP WH and the High-Risk OB meeting with nurses.
- Keep meeting notes for Women's Services meetings.
- Oversee shared services, including surgical scheduling, prior authorization, and HR Case Management.
- Work with the Call Center Supervisor and Manager for any call center-related concerns.
- Serve as the main contact person for Women's Health projects and ensure tasks are completed timely.
- Serve as main management leadership for onboarding practices to ensure effective communication and training.
- Work with other managers to coordinate community events for business advertisement.
- Work with management to create and maintain standardized job aides for staff.
- Work with management and operations to ensure office protocols are being enforced.
- Assist management with onboarding physicians to GPPC.
- Build and maintain referral resources for patients with social determinants of health.
- Compile and curate a patient education library; review information in EHR for relevancy and accuracy to ensure all patient collateral is appropriate.
- Perform other duties assigned by the director.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organize, review, monitor, and update project plans.
- Collaborate with Kaleida Health Operations to implement and monitor changes to staff workflows.
- Develop, organize, and monitor data for quality improvement initiatives.
- Work with GPPC and Kaleida Health marketing to improve, enhance, and develop the GPPC Women's Health website and digital presence.
